Computers can be either insanely frustrating or indispensable assets. With nearly fifteen years of combined experience at Apple Stores in Chicago, Houston, and Birmingham, we’ve come across both these feelings quite a bit. And through this, we have gained a zeal for pushing through frustrations and moving toward answers and accomplishments. We have taught hundreds of people, and chances are, the questions you have are ones which we have already encountered. Furthermore, we are not ones who quickly do the work for you. Rather, we patiently help you find the solution yourself so that you can remember later on down the road. Our clients have called us patient, consistent, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Our goal is to get you efficient with your Mac while having fun. Whether you just bought your first computer, or you want to make sure you’re getting the most out of an older Mac, our hope is that through these lessons, you can start using your Apple products to connect with friends, create inspiring projects, and maximize productivity.
As for my personal background, I am currently a graduate student at Beeson Divinity School. My wife and I have three beautiful daughters who love flowers, giraffes, and singing. Thanks for looking through this site, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Cortney
Cortney is one of Birmingham’s most creative people. Her main passion is producing film, and she’s worked on several television & film projects over the years. While at Apple, she held positions both as Sales Expert and Lead Creative. Her patience and knowledge are hard to match!
Brad
Brad is our team’s professional musician, having toured all over the nation with various bands. Apple is his other passion, and he has several years experience as a manager at the Apple Store. From mastering Mac basics to recording your latest song, Brad is your man.
